Saffiya and advises on all aspects of family law, from financial arrangements and children matters arising on separation, to cohabitation and nuptial agreements.

Saffiya advises on a wide range of family law matters, including complex financial disputes involving trusts, business assets and cases where there are concerns regarding financial disclosure.

Having grown up in the Middle East, Saffiya has a particular interest in international family law matters and regularly assists clients in cases with cross-border elements. She also has experience in sensitive children matters, including domestic and international relocation disputes, and advises on financial claims brought on behalf of children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

Saffiya is committed to a constructive and solutions-focused approach to dispute resolution. She works closely with clients to identify practical strategies tailored to their individual circumstances, while remaining focused on achieving the best possible outcome.

Alongside her practice, Saffiya is actively involved in pro bono work and regularly hosts a Family Law Clinic in partnership with the University of Law, helping to improve access to legal advice for those who might not otherwise be able to obtain it.
